As I write this, I’m making a mental to-do list—but let’s be honest, those never really stick, do they? Especially when you’re moving in just a few weeks. It’s always better to write everything down in your notes app. It keeps things clear, helps you stay organized, and most importantly, stops that overwhelming feeling from creeping in.

Before you start packing, you might think, “It’s not that much work.” Just a quick sort, a few things to donate or sell, and the rest into boxes—easy, right? But then you actually start… and suddenly realize you’ve collected way more than you ever thought. Every drawer, every shelf seems to hold a little surprise.

Here’s the best way to make it easier: start planning early.
Give yourself a few weeks and go room by room. Have different bins or boxes labeled Keep, Donate, Sell, and Waste. It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference. You’ll feel more organized, less stressed, and maybe even a bit lighter—physically and mentally.

Moving doesn’t have to be total chaos. With a little planning and a good playlist, it can actually feel like the start of something new—a fresh space, a fresh chapter, and a fresh you. ✨
